Customer portal & backoffice

Scope and navigation for the corporate cross-border payment portal that payment.weglob.net currently only promises. Two documents, one design system.

01 — Scope

Scope Proposal

Architecture, both portals module-by-module, phasing, risk & fraud detection, and the blocking risks — plus a plain-English briefing for non-technical readers. 61 screens across two apps.

02 — Navigation

Menu Structure

Both sidebars fully expanded, side by side. Naming decisions and a kept/moved/cut mapping against Epay.

03 — Journey

Customer & System Journey

One client followed end to end — what they see through the glass, and the machine, AI agents, and humans working under the hood. Twelve scenarios, twelve agents, one rule.

04 — Prototype · live

Customer Portal

Fully working UI: payment wizard, maker–checker, bulk CSV import, FX quotes with countdown, live settlement, exports on every table.

05 — Prototype · live

Backoffice

Ops console: screening queue, detection alerts with AI briefs, KYB, unmatched payins, recon, four-eyes adjustments. Clear an alert here — watch the customer portal release the payment.
